Don’t want to be seen as different

I’m just like you

But you can do what you like

You think being me won’t get it done

I think I’m never gonna be done being me

The choice to try hard

Hard is my only choice

At the top looking down

I’m on my way looking up

You’ll always tick the right box

I’m more than a box to tick

Don’t try to model me to play your role

Let me play mine I’m a be a role model

No need to question what you earn, it’s a given

I’m asking, was that given or was it earned
